The key competitive advantage of One-Fil confirmed in this study is its penetration.
Based on Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope analysis,
One-Fil showed the highest dentinal tubule penetration among all tested sealers.
This is attributed to its high wettability and flowability,
allowing it to penetrate deeply into the dentinal tubules within the root canal,
forming a wider contact area,
and consequently improving sealing performance.

effectively filling even micro-spaces.
