One-Fil® LC is a next-generation, light-cured, resin-reinforced calcium silicate-based base/liner that combines calcium silicate with MBG (Mesoporous Bioactive Glass), featuring a nanoporous structure.

It overcomes the inherent limitation of conventional light-cured liners, in which ions become trapped within the resin matrix. Immediately after application, it releases calcium ions rapidly and abundantly, promoting the formation of a complete hydroxyapatite (HAp) layer.

One-Fil® LC can be used for direct and indirect pulp capping and as a protective barrier beneath all types of restorations, including composite resin, amalgam, and cement, helping protect the dentin–pulp complex.

• Rapid Ca²⁺ and OH⁻ Ion Release : The high specific surface area of MBG enables rapid and sustained release of calcium and hydroxide ions immediately after application.
• Alkaline Microenvironment : Creates an alkaline environment around the pulp, providing excellent antibacterial effects and minimizing pulpal irritation.
• Dentin Bridge & Hydroxyapatite Formation : Promotes dentin remineralization through the formation of a highly biocompatible hydroxyapatite (HAp) layer.
• Direct Pulp Capping : Pulp capping of areas exposed by accidental or traumatic injury
• Indirect Pulp Capping : Protection of the pulp over residual dentin in deep carious cavities
• Base/Liner : Lining beneath composite resin, amalgam, glass ionomer, inlays, and onlays
